Refunds or returns: If you wish to cancel an online course prior to starting any of the modules, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after the commencement of the course, you will be required to pay for any part of your Online Course that has taken place or been made available to you before you give notice of cancellation.  This amount will be calculated by Visual Versa on a pro rata basis.
